My love for looser fitting jeans...

Jeans, Jeans, Jeans!!!
I have had an obsession for about 7 years now and have been through every brand out there. I must say that with all the newer styles I find it hard to let go of the habit of loving jeans. Don't get me wrong I love pants and skirts too, but jeans always seem to win when I am playing in my closet. I will just have to be one of those gals that always loves her jeans. I am finding it is best just to embrace it instead of trying to fight it.

Anyone else have this problem?

So on to the favorite fit for the last couple months for me - Boyfriend jeans. Ya I know they are messy and sloppy looking, but the comfort level is beyond words. I have always liked to have a baggy pair in my wardrobe, since the 8th grade, but my obsession with comfort keeps growing and growing. After years of wearing snug jeans that would sometimes cut off my circulation, it is a nice change. I can not possibly be the only woman or man for that matter, that is enjoying the extra breathing room. I have no intentions of tossing out my skinny jeans but I am thinking it is best to have a well rounded denim collection. One of every style.

I have seen pictures recently of many celebs and even random everyday people wearing the style. Some are good, like really good, and some are really bad. It seems mainstream hasnt yet picked up this trend, or at least the ladies in my area havent embraced it yet. They all look at me like I am crazy. Hahaa. I Love it.

So the style isnt for everyone and is somewhat hard to pull off but I am embracing baggyness for now and plan on it until it is too cold to do so.
So a BIG thank you to all the wonderful designers who decided to give my hip bones a rest. Thank you for letting me have a bit of comfort.

New Frye Boots

So I am a little late to jump on this bandwagon.
Frye boots.
I actually had a pair about 8 years ago and they were the Campus boots. They were so ugly, The felt boxy and stiff, so I sold them. I am a heel gal, I live in heels, so my feet hate flat type boots or shoes.

But the older I get the more I think it is time to incorporate some flatter heels into the wardrobe.

This is how I ended up with my gorgeous new Frye Veronica slouch boots. Tough and mean with some attitude. They are biker girl tough yet also have a bit of girly girl softness all mixed together.

PERFECTO!

I am in love and can not believe I have waited so long to try the newer style fryes. These boots will live on my feet this winter!!
